Potato Bajji / Aloo Bajji / Urula Kilangu Bajji


Ingredients:
Potato - 2
Gram Flour (Kadalai Mavu) - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
Chilli powder - 1 spoon
Baking powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Water - As needed
Salt - as required

Method:

In a Pan, Heat oil for deep frying.
In a bowl, Mix Gram flour, Rice flour, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Baking powder, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder with water and make like a paste .


First, Cut the Potato, Slice them thinly and Set aside.

Gently, dip the sliced Potato in batter and fry in heated oil till golden on both sides.


Drain the oil.




Serve and enjoy.
