Ingredients:
Banana Peppers (Bajji Milagai) - 1
Gram Flour (Kadalai Mavu) - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
Chilli powder - 1 spoon
Baking powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Water - As needed
Salt - as required
Method:
First, Cut the Banana Peppers into 2 pieces, Remove the seeds, Put in Rolling hot water for 3 mins and Set aside.
In a Pan, Heat oil for deep frying.
In a bowl, Mix Gram flour, Rice flour, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Baking powder, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder with water and make like a paste .
Gently, dip the sliced Banana Peppers in batter and fry in heated oil till golden on both sides.
Drain the oil.
Serve and enjoy.
