Wheat and Jaggery Cake


Ingredients
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Palm Jaggery (Karupatti) - 200 grams
Water - ½ cup
Baking Powder - 1 spoon
Baking Soda - ¼ spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Choco Powder - 1 pinch
Tutty Fruity - 2 spoons
Dry nuts - 2 spoons
Eggs - 2
Butter - 1/2 cup

Method

                                  
In a baking pan Grease with oil and wheat flour and keep aside.




In a vessel, Add the palm jaggery, Water and heat till jaggery melt. Keep aside.
Now in a bowl, Add the wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, Choco powder, Tutty fruity and dry nuts, Whip it well.






Finally Add the eggs, Butter, Melted palm jaggery and whip well.




 Add the dry nuts, tutty fruity and mix well.
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. 



 Pour into Greased pan and Bake for 30 mins until it is cooked.



Knead with knife and ensure it is cooked.


Serve and enjoy.
