Ingredients:
Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 3 spoons
Milk – 3 spoons
Ghee – 1 spoon
Baking Soda - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
Oil
For Sugar Syrup:
Sugar – 1.5 cup
Water – 2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 spoon
Method:
First In a bowl, Place the sieve and add the Milk powder and Flour and sieve it.
Add the salt, Baking soda, Ghee and milk.
Now Knead it to a soft dough and keep aside for 5 mins.
In a Pan, Add the sugar and water and boil it in Sim until till it gets little sticky.
Finally add the cardamom powder and switch off.
Take a little dough and round it to a small ball without cracks. If required, Spread little milk in hands for making balls smoothly.
In pan, Heat oil for frying. Keep in sim, Put the balls and fry until it is golden.
Cover and soak for 2 hours atleast to get soft jamuns.
Serve and enjoy.
