Coconut Burfi


Ingredients:
Grated Coconut – 1 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 spoon
Ghee – 1 spoon

Method:


 In a jar, Add the coconut and milk and blend nicely like puree.



In a pan, Put this coconut mixture. Add the sugar in the mixture and keep stir around 10 mins until leaves the side of the pan.

Add the ghee and cardamom powder and stir well. 



Pour into a Ghee greased plate and let it cool down.



Shape it.

Cut into squares.


Serve and enjoy.
