Spicy Muttai Kothu Paratha


Ingredients:
Paratha (Parota) – 3 (check recipe here)
Chicken Salna - 2 cups (check recipe here)
Onion - 1
Tomato – 1
Green chilli - 2
Saunf (Sombu) - 1 spoon
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 1 small piece
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Eggs - 2
Salt - As required
Coriander leaves - As required

Method:
In a bowl, Chop the parathas to small pieces and keep aside.



In a kadai, Add oil, Saunf, Cinnamon, Onions, Green chilli and Stir well.

Add the tomatoes and Stir well.

Add the chilli powder and stir well. Break and add first egg in the masala and mix well.

Add the paratha and mix. Then add the next egg and mix till the egg are cooked.

 
Pour the Chicken salna and stir well.

Now start smashing the paratha till it becomes small pieces.


Add some chopped coriander on top.
Serve and enjoy.
