Ingredients
King fish (Nei Meen) - 250 grams (bone removed)
Mustard Seeds (Kaduku) - 1 spoon
Fenugreek Seeds (Vendayam) - 1/4 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Onion - 2
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) - 1 spoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 spoon
Tamarind Juice - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Pepper Powder - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Salt - As required
Gingelly Oil - As required
Method
In a pan, Add Oil, Mustard, fenugreek, Curry leaves and stir.
Add the onions and fry until golden.
Add the Salt, Turmeric, Chilli powder and mix well.
Add the tamarind juice and bring it to a boil.
Add some water.
Add the fish pieces and cook till it thickens.
Add the pepper and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
