Spicy Fish Bajji


Ingredients:
Boneless King Fish (Nei meen) – 250 grams
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Pepper - 1/2 spoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 spoon
Oil - for frying
Salt - As required

Method:



 In a bowl, Add the flour, Salt, Pepper, Chilli powder and mix well.

Take some flour in a bowl and coat the fish.

Dip it in the mixed batter and put it in hot oil and fry until it is golden.




                                  
Drain the oil.
Serve and enjoy.
