Special Chicken 65


Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/2 kg
Chilli Powder – 2 spoon
Lemon Juice – 1 spoon
Rice Flour (Arisi Mavu) – 1/4 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1/4 cup
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Thick Unsour Curd (Thayir) – 1/2 cup
Corn Flour – 1/4 cup
Food colour - 1 pinch
Oil - As required

Method:





 In a bowl, Add the curd, Garlic, Ginger paste, Corn Flour, Add all the masala powder, Salt, Food colour and Mix well.

 Finally add the chicken and Leave it for 30 mins.


In a kadai, Add oil, Put the chicken one by one and fry till golden.



Drain the oil and Fry curry leaves, Chilly, Garlic, Onion and lemon wedges.


Serve and Enjoy.
