Sweet and Soft Badusha


Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 1/2 cup
Butter – 1/4 cup
Oil – 2 spoon
Curd (Yogurt) – 2 spoon
Baking Soda – 1/2 spoon
Sugar – 2 spoon
Water as needed
Oil for Deep Frying
Pista - 10

For Sugar Syrup:
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 spoon

Method:


 Take a bowl and add Butter, Oil, Sugar, Curd, Baking soda and mix well.






Add the flour and mix well, Then add the water gradually and mix to a soft dough and keep aside.

In a pan, Add sugar with water and stir well until it is boil.


Add in cardamom powder and keep the syrup.

Take the dough and divide it into small balls. Press it and make a hole in the center.

Heat a pan and add oil for deep frying.

 Fry the dough into the oil and cook both sides until it is cooked with light golden colour.

Now drain oil and put into the sugar syrup and soak for 2 mins.
Drain it and keep aside.

Add the chopped pista and sprinkle on badusha.
Serve and enjoy. :)
