Instant Carrot Beans Fry


Ingredients:
Oil - 2 spoon
Mustard (Kadugu) - 1 spoon
Kadalai paruppu - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 5 leafs
Carrot - 2
Beans - 15
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Grinded Coconut - 1/4 cup
Turmeric - 1 spoon
Salt - as required
Water - as required

Method:


Steam cook carrot and Beans for 5-7 mins in a pressure cooker and keep aside.

Heat kadai, Add oil, Mustard, Kadalai parupu, Curry leaves.
Add Onion and green chilly fry until brown.

 Add turmeric, Chilli Powder and Salt.
Add Carrot and Beans, Sprinkle some water.

 Add the grinded coconut.
Cook for 5 mins.


Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice. :)
