Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 4 to 5 Pieces
Milk – 4 cups
Ghee – 1 spoon
Sugar – 1 cup
Rice Ada – 1/2 cup
Milk Maid - 2 spoon
Cashew nuts – 10 Nos
Dry Grapes – 2 spoons
Cardamom Powder (Yelakai podi) – 1 spoon
Water – 1.5 cup
Method:
Boil the milk in milk pan.
Heat the kadai and add some ghee
Add the Cashew nuts and Dry Grapes and fry them to golden brown. Keep aside
Now Heat the kadai and add the hot milk.
Add the Rice Ada into it and stir for 5 mins until the rice ada cooked.
Now add the Milk maid and stir.
Add the Cashew nuts, Dry grapes and Cardamom powder and stir. Cook for 3 mins until it turns light golden colour.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
