Instant Kaju Katli / Mundhiri Cake


Type - Indian Sweets
Preparation Time - 15 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins

Serves - 10 to 15 Pieces

Ingredients:
Cashew nuts (Mundhiri) – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2 spoon
Water – 1/4 cup

Method:
Grind the Cashew nuts and keep aside.
Heat the pan and add the sugar and water to it and stir with low flame until it is consist.
Add the grinded cashew powder to sugar syrup and stir nicely.
Add the ghee and keep mixing for 2 mins.
Move the mixture to a ghee greased bowl and cool it for 10 mins.
Cut into Squares.
Serve and enjoy. :)
