Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 2 to 3 persons
Aatu Kaal (Lamb Legs) - 4 (Cleaned and Cutted )
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/4 spoon
Coriander leaves - As required
Water - 4 cups
For Masala
Small Onions - 10
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 5 pieces
Pepper (Kuru Milagu) - 1/2 Spoon
Cumin seeds (Jeeragam) - 1/2 spoon
Method:
Add the above ingredients into a Blender and grind nicely.
Now in a cooker put the lamb legs, Salt, Gingelly oil and the grinded mix.
Cook on low flame for 45 minutes and Switch off.
After the pressure gets released, Open the cooker.
Strain the clear soup with coriander leaves.
Add salt and pepper as per taste.
Serve and enjoy. :)
