Instant Chilli Gobi 65 / Chilli Cauliflower


Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 5 Mins
Serves - 2 to 3 Pieces

Serve with - Tomato Sauce / Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Oil
Cauliflower - 1

For Masala:
Corn flour - 2 spoon
Rice flour - 1 spoon
All Purpose flour (Maida) - 2 spoon
Garam Masala powder - 1 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
Kashmiri Redchilli Powder - 1 spoon
Ajinomoto - 1 spoon
Kesari powder - A pinch
Salt to taste

Method:
Boil the cauliflower in the hot water for 15 min and drain it.
Add all the above ingredients and mix well like paste.
Put the boiled cauliflower into the paste and mix well.
Let it marinate for about 10 min.
Heat the oil for frying, Put the cauliflower one by one separately.
Fry the cauliflower till it gets boiled nicely. Move the fried cauliflower into filter until Oil removed.
Serve and enjoy. :)
