Ingredients:
Idly Rava - 2 cups (I used ProNature Brand, which is available across south india)
Chana Dhall - 1/4 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Ghee - As required
Elaichi - 4
Salt - 1 pinch (To enhance sweet taste)
Water - 2 cups
Method:
First, In a bowl, Add Chana Dhall along with hot water and keep aside for 10 mins.
Next, In a bowl, Add Idli rava along with hot water 2 cups and keep aside for 10 mins.
In a Pan, Add Ghee, Jaggery, Water and stir well.
Now, Add Elaichi and mix well.
Now, Add Idly Rava and mix well.
Now, Add Chana dhall and stir well.
Cover and boil for 10 mins until water gets drained.
Add Coconut and mix well.
Add Salt and stir well.
Add Ghee and mix well.
Switch of the stove, Keep aside the pan for cooling down.
Add Ghee in steaming plate and spread well.
After the content is cooled down, Form the dough like as shown in picture.
Steam cook for 10 mins in Idli cooker.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
