Whole Wheat Banana Cake

Cooking Time - 30 Mins
Serves for - 6 - 8 Pieces

Ingredients:
Banana - 2
Suagr - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Vinegar - 1 spoon
Curd - 1/4 cup
Tutty Fruity - 1/4 cup

Method:
In a blender, Add Banana, Sugar and blend well.
Move the blended content into mixing bowl.
In the bowl, Add oil and mix well.
Sieve and add wheat flour and mix well.
Add vinegar and milk and mix well.
Add Tutty fruity and mix well.
In cake tray, Dust with wheat flour.
Pour the mixed content into cake tray.
Sprinkle Tutty fruity on top of it.
Now, Keep a pan on stove.
Add stand into the pan, Keep the cake tray.
Cover and heat for 20 - 30 mins.
Insert a knife into cake and check whether cooked well.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
