Ingredients:
For Chutney:
Coconut - 1 Cup
Roasted Gram (Pottu Kadalai) - 1/2 Cup
Red Chilli - 2
Tamrind - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
For Seasoning:
Oil - 1 spoon
Mustard - 1 spoon
Urad dal - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 15 leaves
Onion (Chopped) - 2 spoons
Method:
In Blender, Add all the ingredients like coconut, Roasted Gram, Red Chilli, Tamrind and Salt.
Add water as required and grind it as puree.
Add Oil in Kadai and Add Mustard, Urad dal, Curry Leaves, Chopped Onions and add into Chutney.
Serve and Enjoy with Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes / Idli / Dosa Recipes. :)
