Ingredients:
Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Oil - 1/2 Cup
Sooji (Rava) - 1.5 Cup
All Purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder -1 spoon
Baking Soda - 1/2 spoon
Vanilla Extract - 1 spoon
Cashews - 10
Dry Grapes - 15
Almonds - 5
Tutty Fruity - 2 spoons
Method:
First in a bowl, Add Yogurt and Sugar and Mix Well
Add, Oil and Mix well.
Now, Add the Sooji and All Purpose Flour and Mix well.
Now, Add Milk and mix well.
Now, Sieve the Cocoa Powder and Mix Well.
Now, Add Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and mix well.
In Stove, Keep the Kadai and Grease with Oil.
Light Up The Stove In Low Heat
Pour The Batter into the kadai.
Crash and Mix the Nuts, Cashews, Dry Grapes and Tutty fruity.
Put the dry fruits mix on top of Cake Mix.
Cover and Cook For 30-35 Min in Low Heat until the Cake Is Ready.
Insert the knife inside and check whether it is cooked or not.
Cut The hard part of cake edge.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
