Dhaba Style Panneer Butter Masala


Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 4 persons 

Ingredients:
For Tomato Puree:
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Red Chilli - 3
Cashews - 6
Oil - 2 spoons

For Masala:
Butter - 1 spoon
Paneer - 100 gms
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 hand
Peas - 1/4 cup
Salt - As required
Milk - 1/4 cup
Unsweetened Kova - 1/4 cup
Kasthuri Methi Leaves - 1 spoon

Method:
First, In a kadai, Add oil, Onions, Tomato, Red Chilli and Cashew Nuts and fry well.
Put in a blender and grind well and keep aside.
In a kadai, Add Butter, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Grinded Onion Tomato Mix and stir well. 
Add Crushed Kasthuri Methi leaves, Coriander leaves and stir well. 
Add Water, Peas and boil.
In a blender, Add milk and Unsweetened Kova and grind well.
Add the grinded milk kova into the pan.
In parallel, Cut the panneer into cubes, Add salt and mix well.
Sim cook for 10 mins.
