Ingredients:
Panneer - 250 gms
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Italian Seasoning Powder - 1/4 spoon
Lime Juice - 1 spoon
Coriander leaves - Little bit
For Coating:
Corn flour - 3 spoons
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
oil for deep frying
Method:
First, Cut the Panneer into small squares.
In a bowl, Add corn flour with little water like a batter.
Take a Panneer piece, Dip in corn flour batter nicely and roll in bread crumbs.
In a pan, Add oil and fry well until it turns golden colour.
Drain the oil.
Serve and enjoy.
