Mango Jam


Ingredients:
Mango (I used Alphonsa) - 2
Sugar / Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 spoon
Water - 1/2 cup

Method:

First peel the Mango and cut into slices

In a Pan, Add Mango and Water.





Boil it for 10 to 15 mins and smudge nicely.

Now add Sugar and stir well.



Cook for 10-15 minutes until the Mango gets boiled.

Finally add the lime juice and stir well for 2 mins.

After that remove pan from stove and set aside until heat reduces.

Now jam is ready.






Store it in a container and keep inside fridge. This can be used for 1 week as it does not have preservatives.
Serve and enjoy.
