Choco Biscuit Brownie


Ingredients:
Choco Biscuits (Hide and Seek) - 1 Packet (15 Biscuits)
Vinegar – 1 spoon
Milk - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/4 cup
Baking Powder –  1/2 spoon
Baking Soda - 1/4 spoon
Cashews - 10

Method:
First, Grind the Biscuits in a jar.

In a Pan, Add Biscuits, Powdered Sugar, Milk, Vinegar and Stir well.






Add Baking Powder and Soda and mix well.

Dust the cake pan with Oil.

Pour the flour mix in to the cake pan. Add crushed Cashews on top of it.

Now comes baking part, In a Idly cooker, Add Water heat for 5 mins. (Good to use aluminium vessels.



After that place the cake pan on top of stand like shown in picture, close with lid and cook for 30 - 45 mins.
Then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the Brownie is cooked or not.

Now the Brownie is ready.



Cool, Serve and enjoy. :)
