Ingredients:
Corn Flour - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1.5 cup
Dates - 5
Cashews - 1 spoon
Pista - 1 spoon
Dry Grapes - 1 spoon
Cashews - 2 spoons
Tutty Fruity - 2 spoons
Badham - 1 spoon
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Red food colour - 1 Pinch
Water - 2.5 cups
Method:
First, Cut the Dates and nuts and keep aside.
In a bowl, Add corn flour, Water and mix well.
Add the Red food colour and keep aside.
In a pan, Add sugar, Water and mix well.
Heat it and until the sugar melts nicely and boil for 2 mins.
Add corn flour mix into this and stir well.
Boil it until it gets thickened.
Add the dry fruits and nuts and keep cooking.
Add ghee slowly and keep stirring well.
In a pan, Grease with ghee and cool for 4 hours.
Slice into pieces.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
