Ingredients:
Dry Prawn (Shrimp) - 100 gms
Brinjal (Kathirikkai) – 3
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1
Oil – 2 spoon
Mustard - 1 spoon
Curry leafs - 10 leafs
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Red Chilli powder (Milagai thool) – 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Method:
In a bowl, Add dry prawn with water and wash 2 times.
Now, Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and Curry leaves.
Add the onion, Brinjal and fry until it gets into golden brown.
Add the Ginger Garlic paste and fry nicely.
Add the Tomato and add the chilli powder, Coriander, Turmeric Powder and stir well.
Now, Add Dry prawns now and water.
Cook for 15 - 20 Mins, until it gets nicely cooked.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
