Ingredients:
Rava (Sooji) – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt - As required
Mustard Seeds (Kaduku) – 1/2 spoon
Chana dal (Kadalai Paruppu) – 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves – 10 leaves
Onion – 1
Green Chillies – 3
Ginger - 1 inch
Oil - As required
Method:
In a bowl, Add sooji, Curd, Salt, water and make into a thick batter.
In a pan, Add oil, Mustard, Chana dal, Curry leaves, Ginger, Onions, Chillies and saute for a min.
Add the onion mix into the batter and mix well.
Heat the paniyaram pan, Dust with oil, Spoon batter into it and fry till the bottom crisp up.
Flip other side and boil until cooked.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
