Paneer Matar Masala



Ingredients:
For Tomato Puree:
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Cashews - 1 spoon
Oil - 2 spoons

For Masala:
Paneer - 300 gms
Coriander - 1 spoon
Elaichi - 1
Clove - 1
Garlic - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Cumin seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Cinnamon stick (Pattai) - 1 inch
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Milk - 1/4 cup
Peas - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 spoon

Method:
First, In a kadai, Add oil, Onions, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic and Cashew Nuts and fry well.




Put in a blender and grind well and keep aside.

In a blender, Add Corainder, Elaichi, Clove, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Stick and grind well and keep aside.




In a kadai, Add oil, grinded Coriander mix, Garlic, Onion, Ginger and stir well.

Add Chilli powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala Powder and stir well.


Now Add the blended tomato puree and fry well.



Add water, Peas and boil.

In parallel, Cut the panneer into cubes and Add turmeric, Chilli and salt and mix well.


In a pan, Add Oil and Fry the panneer well for 5 mins.


Now add into masala.


Finally, Add Milk and sim cook for 10 minutes.
