Ingredients:
Ripe Plantain (Nendran Banana) – 1
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Sugar – 3 spoons
Cardamom (Elakai) – 1
Yellow Food Colour – 1 pinch
Water - As required
Oil - For Frying
Method:
In a Mixer Blender, Add sugar and Cardamom and powder well.
In a bowl, Add the grinded mix and All Purpose flour, Food colour and Mix well as smooth thick batter.
Now cut bananas into round shapes.
Dip it into the batter.
In a pan, Add oil and heat well for deep frying.
Serve and enjoy. :)
