Ragi Poori


Ingredients:
Ragi Flour – 1 cup
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tblspn

Method:
In a bowl, Add Ragi flour, Wheat Flour, Water and salt in a bowl.

Knead the dough nicely until the water mixed into flour.

Now add oil and keep kneading the dough until it spreads into complete dough.



Take a ball from the dough and dust it with flour and roll it into poori.





Add Oil in Pan, Cook for 10 sec, Then flip to other side and cook for some more time.
Once cooked, Drain the oil.



Serve and enjoy. :)
