Ingredients:
Green Chillies - 2
Tomato - 2
Onion - 2
Ginger - 1
Potato - 4
Oil - As required
Mustard - 1 spoon
Channa dal (Kadalai Paruppu) - 1 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Method:
First, Boil the potatoes and peel the skin.
In a pan, Add oil, Mustard, Channa dal, Onion, Green Chillies and stir well until it turns to golden colour.
Add the Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander powder and stir well.
Mash the boiled potatoes and add into pan.
Stir well, Add some water and Boil for 5 more minutes
Serve and enjoy. :)
