Ingredients:
Onion – 3
Green Chillies – 3
Curry leaves – 10 leaves
Coriander leaves – 3 spoons
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Saunf (Sombu) - 1/2 spoon
Gram Flour (Kadalai Maavu) – 1/2 cup
Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
Oil - As required
Salt - As required
Method:
First cut the onion sliced very thinly.
In a bowl, Add sliced onions, Chillies, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Saunf, Salt, Chilli powder and stir well.

Now add the Gram flour, Rice flour with little water and mix well.
In a kadai, Add oil for deep frying.
Now drop the mix into heated oil and fry until golden and crispy.
Once Cooked, Drain it.
Serve and enjoy. :)
