Ingredients:
Idly Flour - 1 cup
Carrot - 1
Ghee - As required
Method:
In a bowl, Add shredded Carrot, Idly flour and mix together
In Idly cooker, Place the mini idly plate, Add the ghee and pour the mix as required.
Steam cook for 15 mins and remove the cooked idly.
Serve with coconut chutney and enjoy. :)
