Vallarai Thuvail


Ingredients:
Oil - 2 spoons
Channa dal (Kadalai Paruppu) - 2 spoons
Urad dal (Ulundu Paruppu) - 2 spoons
Red Chilli - 1
Vallari Spinach - 20 leaves
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Salt - As required
Jaggery - 1/4 spoon
Mustard - 1 spoon

Method:
In a pan, Add Oil, Channa dal, Urad dal, Red Chilli and fry well and keep aside.




Now Add the Spinach, Coconut and fry well.



Grind well and add Jaggery.


Crackle Mustard, Channa dal and add into chutney.


Serve and enjoy.
