Ragi Butter Cookies


Ingredients:
Butter - 3/4 Cup
Palm Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Ragi Flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 spoon
Baking soda - 1/2 spoon
Badam - 10 Nos
Cashew - 10 Nos
Vannila - 1 spoon

Method
First, Pre - Heat the oven at 180C for about 10 mins.

 Now add the flour with baking powder, Baking soda and blend nicely.





In another bowl, Add the butter and Jaggery and blend nicely.

Now add the Vannila and blend nicely.

Dust Baking tray with butter and Maida.
Take a small amount of dough, Roll it with your palms and shape it roundly and place in tray with equal distance, As it might expand while baking.

Finally keep cashew and badam on top of dough.

Bake the cookes at 180C for about 15 - 20 mins, Check the bottom of the cookies turn golden in colour.

Now Cool and move to a container.



Serve and enjoy.
