Easy Cup Cakes using Cooker


Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – 3/4 cup
Butter – 100 gms or 3/4 cup
Eggs – 1
Baking Powder –  1/2 spoon
Baking soda - 1/2 spoon
Tutty Fruity - As Required
Vannila – 1 spoon
Salt - 1 pocket

Method:
This is the easiest way of preparing way of cooking cakes without oven. I tried after researching.

Take the bowl, Seive and add flour and Baking powder, Baking soda, Stir and keep aside.




Take another bowl, Add eggs, milk, Butter, Sugar and Vannila Essence and beat until all gets mixed well.


Add the flour mix gradually with the stirred content and beat nicely with egg beater.


Dust the cake pan with butter and maida.
Add the flour mix, Add in some Tutty fruity on top. 


Now comes baking part, In a Idly cooker (or) Pressure Cooker, Place salt down like a layerand heat for 5 mins. (Good to use alumium vessels, If you are using pressure cooker, remove the inner belt and weight)
After that place the cup cakes on top of salt, close with lid and cook for 10-15 mins.


Then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the cake is cooked or not.
Now the cake is ready.




Cool, Serve and enjoy. :)
