Ingredients:
Chicken Lollipop – 2 pieces
Oil - As required
For Marination:
Red Chilli Paste – 1 spoon
Ginger Paste – 1 spoon
Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Chilli Powder – 1/2 spoon
Pepper Powder – 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Soya Sauce – 1 spoon
White Vinegar – 1 spoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 spoon
Cornflour – 3 spoon
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 3 spoon
Method:
In a bowl, Except cornflour and maida, Mix chicken with all other marinating ingredients.
Rest for 30 mins.
Now add in cornflour and maida. Mix well.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Drop chicken and cook on low heat for 10 mins till the chicken is cooked.
Serve and enjoy.
