Ingredients:
Red Rice Poha (Sivappu Aval) – 2 cups
Hot Water - 2 Cups
Cold water - 1 Cup
Tomato - 1
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 3
Curry leaves – 1
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1 spoon
Kadalai Paruppu – 1 spoon
Oil – 2 spoon
Salt - As required
Method:
Now add the poha and stir well for 3 mins until it gets nicely cooked.
Take Aval, Add Hot water 2 cups with 1 Cup of cold water.
Leave it for 2 min and remove the water and keep aside.
Pour oil in a Pan.
Add in curry leaves, Mustard, Kadalai paruppu and fry.
Now add in onions, Green chilli and fry until it gets golden brown.
Now add tomoto and fry nicely.
Add some Salt and stir nicely.
Serve and Enjoy.
