Ingredients:
Boiled Egg – 4
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Green chilli – 2
Coriander leaves - As required
Fennel Seeds (Sombu) - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds (Kaduku) -1 spoon
Red chilli powder – 2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Cashew - 5
Salt - As required
Oil - 1 spoon
Method:
In a kadai, Add oil, Mustard seeds, Saunf and onion and stir until it is cooked.
Add the coconut and cashew in blender and grind as puree.
Add the green chilli, Ginger garlic paste, spices and let it cook for 2 min.
Put the tomatoes and add some salt.
Add the boiled eggs and Stir well.
Add the grinded coconut puree.
Garnish with coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
