Ingredients:
Fish (Neymeen) – 6 slices
Oil – As required
Marinating Masala:
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 spoon
Chilli Powder (Milagai Thool) – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Thool) – 1 spoon
Coriander Powder – 1.5 spoon
Pepper Powder – 2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Coriander Leaves – 2 spoon
Curry leaves – 10 leaves
Lemon Juice – 1 spoon
Water - As required
Method:
In a bowl, Mix all the marinating ingredients and sprinkle a little water and mix into thick paste.
Apply masala over the fish and marinate for 30 mins.
In a pan, Heat it nicely and place the fish over it. Now pour the oil on the edge of fish, Cook on a medium heat for 5 to 6 mins.
Flip the other side, Add oil on edge and cook on medium heat for 5 mins until it gets cooked.
Serve and enjoy. :)
