Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/4 kg
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/4 spoon
Coriander leaves - As required
Gingerly Oil - 3 Spoons
Salt - As per taste
Water - 4 cups
For Masala
Small Onions - 10
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 5 pieces
Ginger - 1 small piece
Pepper (Kuru Milagu) - 1/2 Spoon
Cumin seeds (Jeeragam) - 1/2 spoon
Method:
Add the above ingredients into a Blender and grind nicely.
Now in a cooker put the Chicken, Salt, Gingelly oil and the grinded mix.
Cook on low flame for 30 minutes and Switch off.
After the pressure gets released, Open the cooker.
Strain the clear soup with coriander leaves.
