Ladies Finger Fry / Vendakkai Poriyal

Preparation Time - 5 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 2 persons
Served with - Rice

Ingredients:
Lady Finger (Vendaikai) – 20
Mustard Seeds (Kaduku) – 1 spoon
Oil – 3 spoon
Curry leafs - 10 leafs
Kadalai Paruppu - 1 spoon
Onion - 1
Chilli powder (Milagai thool) – 1 spoon
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, Curry leaves and Kadalai Parupu.
Add the onion and fry until it gets into golden brown.
Now add the salt and chilli powder and stir well into the onion.
Add the cutted lady fingers and fry them in the oil for 7-10 Mins, until it gets nicely cooked.

Serve and Enjoy. :)
