Mushroom Onion Gravy


Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 2 to 3 persons
Served with - Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes Idli Dosa Recipes

Ingredients:
Mushroom - 15 pieces
Oil - 1 spoon
Saunf (Sombu) - 1/2 spoon
Clove - 2
Pattai - Small piece
Onion - 1
Tomato – 2
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger paste -1/2 spoon
Garlic paste -1 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder (Milagai Podi) – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Salt - As Required
Water - As required

Method:
In a kadai, Add oil, Saunf, Elaichi, Pattai, Clove and mix well.
Add the onion and fry till golden brown.
Add the Curry leaves, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Tomato and fry well.
In a bowl, Add Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder, Coriander powder, little water and mix well.
Now, pour the mix into pan and Let it cook for 2 min.
Add in the Mushroom and mix well.
Now add 2 cups of water, Cover and cook for 10 to 15 mins.
