Ingredients:
Pista - 5
Dry Grapes - 20
Tutty Fruity - 1/4 cup
Cashews (Mundiri) - 10
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Cocoa Powder – 1 spoon
Powdered Sugar – 1/4 cup
Oil – 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 spoon
Vinegar - 1 spoon
Milk - 1 Cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder – 1/2 spoon
Baking Soda - 1/4 spoon
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180° C for 10 min.
In a bowl, Sieve and Add the flour, Cocoa Powder, Powdered Sugar.
Add Oil, Vanilla Essence, Milk, Vinegar and Stir well.
Gradually stir the content and beat with cake beater.
Finally, Add the dry nuts and mix well.
Dust the cake pan with Oil and flour.
Bake for 30-35 Min in 180 degree, then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the cake is cooked or not.
Now the cake is ready.
Cool, Serve and enjoy. :)
