Ingredients:
For Masala:
Oil - 1 spoon
Fennel Seeds (Sombu) - 1 spoon
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 1/2 inch
Black Pepper - 20
Coriander Seeds - 1 spoon
For Gravy:
Chicken - 500 grams
Oil - 2 spoons
Bay Leaf - 1
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Tomatoes - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1 spoon
Chilli powder - 2 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 2 spoon
Salt - As required
Coriander Leaves - As required
Method:
First in a pan, Add Oil, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Black pepper, Coriander Seeds, Onion and fry well.


In a pan, Add oil, Onions, Chillies and bay leaf and fry until golden.
Add the ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and cook till mushy.
Add Salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder and Garam masala and cook till oil separates.
Add the ground masala and mix well.
Add the chicken and Mix well and cook until oil separates.
Add the coriander leaves finally and mix well.
Serve and enjoy. :)
