Ingredients:
Cucumber - 1
Carrot - 1
Pepper - 1/2 spoon
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Bread - 2
Veg Mayonnaise - 2 spoons
Mayonnaise Tandoori - 1 spoon
Method:
First, Cut the Cucumber and Carrot into small pieces.
Add the Salt and pepper and mix well and leave it for 2 mins.
After 2 mins, Slightly press the mixed vegetables and take out the watery content.
Now Add the Veg & Tandoori Mayonnaise and stir well.
Cut the edges of breads and keep aside.
Place the Vegetables on one bread slice and close with another slice.
Cut in centre as a triangle shaped sandwiches.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
