Dry Fish Egg Burji


Ingredients:
Aiyrai Dry Fish - 100 gms
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Ginger Paste - 1/4 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/4 spoon
Eggs - 3
Small Onion - 7
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Gingelly Oil - as required

Method:
In a bowl, Add warm water, Wash twice and set aside.



In a pan, Add Oil, Curry leaves, Small leaves and deeply fry.



Add Salt, Aiyrai Dry Fish, Chilli, Turmeric and Coriander Powder. 




Sprinkle bit of water and fry nicely for 10 mins until Fish gets cooked.

Now add the eggs and fry until it cooked.






Serve and enjoy. :)
