Easy Chicken Curry


Ingredients: 
Chicken – 1/4 kg
Red Chilli Powder (Milagai thool) - 1-1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder (Malli thool) – 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/2 spoon
Pepper - 1/2 spoon
Cumin (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Pattai - 1
Clove (Kirambu) - 3
Onion - 2
Red Chilli - 3
Curry Leaves - 20 Leaves

Method:

In a cooker, Add chicken, Turmeric powder, Salt and water as required.
Cook for 2 whisles and set aside.


Take kadai and heat the oil, Add curry leaves, Onions, Red Chilli, fry till golden brown.


Pour the cooked chicken into the pan and wait for the water until it gets dry.


Add the Coriander, Red Chilli powder, Pepper powder and mix well and cook for 5 mins.



Add some coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
